When submitting an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
- You take responsibility for the information completed on this order form.
- You take responsibility for payment in full.
- You understand that payroll deduction does not take effect until after your order is picked up and the form is signed.
- You understand that payroll deduction is a minimum of $5.00
- You understand that no cash is accepted for payment - only check, payroll deduction, Bay Bucks and vouchers/coupons are accepted. Credit cards via the website only.
- You understand that items with personalization or additional artwork cannot be returned.
- You understand that items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned.
- You agree that my order will be picked up from Marketing & Public Relations.
- Please check with your supervisor regarding dress code for your area. All clothing contains the BRMC, BSCH, or BMF logo.
