- Can I order an item without the Bay Regional Medical Center, Bay Special Care Hospital, or Bay Medical Foundation logo?
No, all clothing will have a logo.
- Can I pay with a credit card?
Only online, you cannot pay by credit card when you pick up.
- How do I return an order?
Reorder your new item online and under comments, type "exchange" and the reason. Bring your item with you when you pick up the new item and leave it in the basket with your name. Items that are personalized, washed, or worn cannot be returned.
- Can I order multiple personalizations, i.e. name and Cath Lab artwork?
Each garment will have either the BRMC, BSCH, or BMF logo standard. You are allowed to select either a 2nd logo from the list provided, or create your own personalization, i.e. name, title, department, etc.
- Can I request the color of the logo?
The logo will either be black, white or a combination of our corporate blue/black. These are corporate graphic standards and cannot be modified.
- Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, if the item is paid for.
- Can someone else sign my payroll deduction slip if they have my ID badge?
No
- Can you fax the payroll deduction form?
No, we all need 3 original copies of the form.
- Can you interoffice my item?
No, due to high volume.
- Do you have a swipe machine?
No, we use the payroll forms
- How do I specify where to put the personalization?
All personalization and 2nd logos will be embroidered on the right chest. The only embroidery on the left chest is the BRMC, BSCH, or BMF logo. The nursing units with artwork that include the heart icon are always on the right sleeve on scrub tops (i.e., Keystone ICU, Cardiac Care, Cath Lab, Fire & Ice, etc.)
- My clothing item doesnt fit, what do I do?
If the item has personalization it cannot be returned. If the item hasnt been worn, washed or personalized, complete another e-shop order form online with the correct information and indicate in the comment section exchanging item #, reason, and value amount. Reorders cannot be completed over the phone. Return your item when you pick up your new order. Put it in the bag and place in the "black wire basket" in the E-shop pick-up room. Remember to include your name in the bag so the correct credit is given.
- My voucher has expired, may I use it?
No, vouchers with an expiration date must be used by the date specified.
- Payroll deduction amounts:
$5.00 - $49.99 one pay period; $50.00 - $99.99 up to two pay periods; $100.00 - $199.99 up to three pay periods; $200.00 or more - up to four pay periods. No more than four pay periods. Minimum $5.00.
- What are your hours?
E-shop hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., closed during lunch.
- What is the status of my order?
You will receive an e-mail when your order is delivered to BRMC Marketing Dept. or log into your Bay E-shop account to find the status.
- When does the dollar amount get deducted from my paycheck?
Payroll deduction slips are completed and signed upon pickup of your item. It will then be submitted to payroll.
